Lehi Retaining Walls — operated by Garritson Works LLC. Last updated September 2, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Lehi Retaining Walls ("we," "us"), an information and service-interest website operated by Garritson Works LLC, handles information.
Our first-party analytics may record a page view or telephone-button click together with the page, referring site, date, broad country, and count. The analytics store no IP address, cookie, user ID, full referring URL, or browser fingerprint, and the browser script does not send events when Do Not Track is enabled. When you call, our communications provider may process your phone number and call metadata such as time, routing status, and duration. We also receive information you choose to provide during the call, such as the requested service and location.
Current call policy: this site does not intentionally record or transcribe a live connected conversation. A forwarded call may reach the destination phone's ordinary carrier voicemail. If that voicemail gives a greeting or tone and you choose to leave a message, the phone provider records that message under the destination account's settings; current Website Landlord systems do not transcribe it. Do not leave sensitive information in voicemail. Any future site-controlled recording or transcription requires an audible notice and an updated policy before use.
We use information to operate and improve the site, understand local service interest, review an owner-intake call, and prevent abuse. No service provider is currently attached, and an owner-intake call does not request, arrange, book, or dispatch service.
Cloudflare and Twilio process limited information for website delivery, analytics, and call routing. Telegram may receive a privacy-minimized call-review or routing-result alert after each dial attempt containing only the site, event type, and routing status; the alert excludes the caller's number, message content, audio, transcript, address, and recording link. Caller-provided details may be shared with a prospective operator only after the caller is told that provider's identity and affirmatively consents to that transfer, or when disclosure is required for security or law. No provider is currently attached. We do not currently sell personal information or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising. A future provider may pay Garritson Works LLC a flat advertising or site-rental fee that is not based on the sale of personal information; that fee does not change the caller's price or guarantee service. Any materially different data-sharing arrangement requires an updated notice and any consent required by applicable law before use.
Website Landlord's D1 collector stores identifiable call-event metadata and human call-review records. Those D1 records are not currently covered by a verified automatic deletion job. Garritson Works intends to delete those D1 records within 90 days and is preparing a daily retention job; this 90-day limit should not be treated as operationally enforced until that job is verified. That D1 job does not delete Twilio Call Resource records or destination-carrier voicemail; those records are governed by the applicable provider and account settings. Aggregated browser counts that contain no IP address, cookie, user ID, full referrer, or browser fingerprint may be retained longer for trend analysis. To ask what we hold, correct a record, or request deletion, email ryan@garritsonworks.com. We may need to verify that a requester controls the relevant telephone number before disclosing or deleting a call record.
